Vehicle Condition: The 2010 Kia Soul is awarded strictly in AS-IS, WHERE-IS condition with all faults. Sponsor makes no warranties or guarantees, express or implied, regarding the vehicle's mechanical longevity, history, or condition. Winner is solely responsible for all title transfer fees, registration, auto insurance, and applicable taxes. Winner must claim the vehicle in person within seven (7) days or forfeit the prize.
